Justin from the UltraLite

I had such a great experience from start to finish. I originally made a mistake when placing my order and accidentally selected the lights instead of the full creator kit. I reached out to the owner right away, and instead of making it a problem or trying to upsell me, he was incredibly kind and accommodating. He actually included the tripod for me at no extra cost, which really says a lot about his character and business.
Communication was top tier. He kept me updated on everything, including when my order would ship, and shipping was super fast.

Everything arrived quickly and was packaged really well and securely. As for the product itself I'm honestly impressed. The quality is amazing. The tripod is sturdy, tall, and feels very well made. I love that the light has a built-in leveler so you can easily tell when your camera is straight, such a thoughtful detail. The lighting setup instructions were clear, simple, and very helpful, which I really appreciated.

Customer service is a solid 10/10, and the product itself is also a 10/10. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and the entire experience. It's rare to find great products and great people behind them, but this definitely delivered on both. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for quality creator gear and excellent customer service.

When I ordered my Ultralite on 11/5, I was excited to finally invest in something that would elevate my content. It arrived while I was on travel , 11/18 and the moment I got home, I opened it like a kid on Christmas morning. I started playing with it and noticed the lighting wasn’t behaving the way it should. That sinking feeling hit me because no one wants to deal with returns or issues during the holiday season.

I reached out to the company and expected a standard customer service reply. Instead, I got a personal email from Justin, the owner. His message didn’t feel scripted or routine. He genuinely cared. He explained that the Ultralite is a new product and while every unit goes through quality control, an occasional one off can slip through. He apologized in a way that felt real and immediately sent me a prepaid label. I also mentioned that the product was now being sold for a lower price than what I had paid and he assured me I would be taken care of for both the inconvenience and the price difference.

Holiday shipping ( the carrier) was slow but the moment they received my return, Justin sent out a brand new Ultralite. It arrived on 12/23 with a mini tripod and a microphone tucked inside the box as a thank you. That gesture meant more than he probably realized. It showed integrity. It showed pride in his work. It showed that he values the people who support his brand.

The new Ultralite works beautifully. It is lightweight, thoughtfully designed and connects effortlessly to my phone and DSLR. Even though my schedule has kept me from using it as much as I want to, the short time I have spent with it has been smooth and issue free. I can already see how it will enhance every creative project I touch.

This entire experience reminded me that great products matter but great people matter even more. Justin stood behind his work, honored his word and treated me with respect from start to finish. If I could give ten stars, I truly would. If you’re looking to elevate your content, you definitely need to get your hands on The UltraLite.

Extremely happy with my ultralight. This replaced my ring light. Now I have I had the perfect thing to shoot my content. 5 STARS!!!!!

The Ultralite Lite is an absolutely game-changer for content creators. The highlights enhance images beautifully. It adds a polished finish while keeping the original look natural and true—highly recommended for anyone serious about their content

I’ve been using this ultra light for all my filming projects, and it has completely transformed the quality of my work. The portability is incredible - it’s so lightweight that I can easily move it around set or take it on location without any hassle. The light output is impressive for such a compact unit, providing consistent, professional-grade illumination that makes my footage look crisp and well-lit every time.
Now, here’s where this company really shines (pun intended): I did receive a unit with a small defect, but their customer service response was absolutely phenomenal. No runaround, no tedious back-and-forth - just immediate action. They shipped out a replacement right away and provided a prepaid shipping label for the return. The whole process was seamless and stress-free.
This kind of customer care is rare these days. They stood behind their product without hesitation and made the resolution process effortless. The fact that they prioritize customer satisfaction this much tells me everything I need to know about this company.
If you’re looking for a reliable ultra light for filming and want the peace of mind that comes with outstanding customer support, look no further. I couldn’t be happier with both the product and my overall experience. Highly recommended!
