Business Days: Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.
Domestic (U.S.):

🚛 Carriers

QUOS UltraLite is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

We’ll investigate the issue with the carrier and keep you informed.
📦 Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost or missing, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If it cannot be recovered, we’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless we sent a damaged or incorrect item.
