At QUOS UltraLite, we stand behind our product and want creators to be confident in their purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help—with clear terms that protect both of us.
🔄 Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Product registration is required for eligibility. If your UltraLite is not registered within 30 days of delivery at theultralite.com/pages/warranty, you are not eligible for a return or refund.

Your UltraLite must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original parts and accessories.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

🛠 Damaged or Defective Products
If your UltraLite is damaged or defective upon delivery, contact us within 3 days of receiving it. Include photos of the item and packaging.
💵 Refunds

Once we inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us.

Chargebacks filed without contacting us first are considered fraudulent and a breach of our Terms. We’re committed to resolving any issue quickly—just reach out to support@theultralite.com first.
⚠️ Received Damaged?
- Customers must send photos of damaged items within 3 days
- Emphasize original packaging and all components must be returned
