Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy – QUOS UltraLite

Effective Date: March 29, 2025

At QUOS UltraLite, we offer both in-stock orders and pre-orders. This policy outlines how purchases can be canceled or modified.


🛒 One-Time Purchases

For in-stock items:

  • Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order if it has not yet been processed for shipping.

  • After 1 hour, we begin fulfillment, and the order cannot be canceled.

  • If you've already received your product, you may be eligible for a return—see our Refund Policy for details.


⏳ Pre-Orders

If you pre-order a product (i.e. before it's officially in stock):

  • You may cancel your pre-order any time before it ships by emailing support@theultralite.com.

  • Once the pre-ordered item ships, it is considered a standard purchase and is subject to our Refund Policy.


💳 Failed Payments / Payment Issues

  • If your payment fails or is flagged, your order may be canceled automatically.

  • We may reach out to resolve payment issues before cancellation.


🔁 Subscription Products (If Applicable in the Future)

At this time, we do not offer subscription products. If this changes, this policy will be updated.
