Justin's Story of Transformation
Before I ever thought about inventing a light, I had to fix my life. Getting sober was the turning point and the beginning of my transformation.
- Without sobriety, there would be no family.
- Without family, there’d be no videos, no social media journey, no Mighty McClures.
- And without that there would be no UltraLite.
The UltraLite isn’t just a product. It’s a result of rebuilding my life, finding purpose, and creating something that helps other creators tell their stories the way they’re meant to be told.
This light exists because I chose a different path—and that path led me here.

Our Mission
Our family, the Mighty McClures and McClure Twins, make a living on video (YouTube), so we wanted a lighting solution that solved the problems creators deal with every day.
📸 A light that works with cameras and phones
😊 A light shaped to flatter the face
🎤 A light that keeps the camera hot shoe free for your mic
✈️ A portable light easy to travel with
As a family, we set out to build the tool we always wished existed. in 2021, that’s when Justin McClure got to work, and the UltraLite was born.
