This tripod is great for beginners or experts - can pretty muc do anything.
Works amazing with the Ultralite! I do all my talking videos with it.
Probably the best you'll get for the money. Justin is doing a good job with the Ultralite stuff.
Love this tripod. I was looking for a medium priced tripod to use with my phone and dslr. Lightweight and easy to set up. The only negative is using during windy conditions. Happy with the purchase though
Got it to use with the UltraLite and it's a great combination! Works as advertised

Not excellent but very good. Easy to setup, felt a little cheap in places but does the job.
I got 3 of them for our studio! works great
Good value for money, a good quality tripod for the middle market.
Great tripod and even better service. I had a question with setup, and Justin got back to me asap...even left a voice message!
Not that easy to travel with, it's sturdy and "professional". I'll have to get another for travel but I leave this setup at home.
This thing is very tall! I couldn't believe full extension of this thing.

Does the UltraLite work with the UltraPod?
Yes. The UltraLite screws directly onto the UltraPod’s standard 1/4-inch mount—no additional adapter is required.
How tall does the UltraPod extend?
The UltraPod extends to approximately 6.8 feet (81 inches), giving you the height needed for full-body shots, wide angles and elevated lighting.
How compact is it for travel?
The UltraPod collapses to just 16 inches, making it easy to carry in most backpacks, suitcases and carry-ons.
How much weight can the UltraPod support?
The UltraPod supports devices weighing up to 6 pounds when they are properly mounted and balanced.
Can I angle heavier devices downward?
Only slightly. Heavier devices should be mounted level or at a slight downward angle. Do not position heavy equipment at a steep 45-degree downward angle, as the UltraPod may not hold that position securely.
What devices can I mount on the UltraPod?
Its universal 1/4-inch mount works with the UltraLite, most cameras, compatible lights and phones when used with a phone adapter.
Is the UltraPod easy to set up?
Yes. Open the legs, extend the telescoping sections to your preferred height, mount your device and securely tighten the adjustment knob.
When should I choose the UltraLite Professional Tripod instead?
Choose the Professional Tripod if you need advanced angles, frequent vertical tilting or additional support for heavier and more specialized setups.
What comes with the UltraLite Pro Tripod?
Your order includes the UltraLite Pro Tripod, ¼-inch quick-release plate, and travel bag. Cameras, phones, phone mounts, and the UltraLite are sold separately unless included in a bundle.
Built By A Creator, For Creators
Hi, I’m Justin McClure. I needed one light that worked with my phone, my camera and my tripod, and still left my hot shoe free for a mic. Nothing like it existed, so I invented the UltraLite and patented it. The first run sold out.
Since then, my family and I have grown our channels to millions of followers and billions of views. Making content is our full-time job, and the gear we sell is the gear we use.
Now the UltraLite is better than ever, and we’ve added the tripods, mics and tools I wish I’d had from day one. Every product is tested by a working creator family, and every order ships from us.

This is so useful. Easy to travel with. Love it.
I love how sturdy and compact the Ultrapod is. It’s a great add-on to the Ultralite. Go, Justin!
I just tried the UltraPod Travel Tripod and I’m really impressed so far. It’s lightweight, compact, and very easy to set up. It feels sturdy for its size and is perfect for travel or situations where you don’t want to carry a bulky tripod.
What really stood out to me was the follow-up from the team. When I expressed a concern, they were incredibly fast and responsive. They even sent a short video that clearly explained what I needed to do. As it turns out, the issue was completely user error on my part, and the video solved it immediately.
It’s refreshing to see a company that pays attention and supports their customers so well. Between the portability of the tripod and the helpful support, I’m very happy with the experience so far.
Very convenient and easy to use
Once I learned to untwist the level, it came up. I love it now and would highly recommend the tripod as well as the Ultralight.
Works great! Great customer service
I love this product
I want it to fit in the light case…
The perfect tripod for my ultra light when I'm not holding it in hand. Very easy to use and I look forward to filming content now that I have my ultrapod.
The tripod is poorly designed with a weak neck attachment. When angled toward you for recording, it repeatedly tips over even after being fully tightened and locked into place. It lacks the stability needed for basic use and ultimately did not serve any practical purpose. Unfortunately, it was a waste of money.
Absolutely loving it
Great
