I had such a great experience from start to finish. I originally made a mistake when placing my order and accidentally selected the lights instead of the full creator kit. I reached out to the owner right away, and instead of making it a problem or trying to upsell me, he was incredibly kind and accommodating. He actually included the tripod for me at no extra cost, which really says a lot about his character and business.
Communication was top tier. He kept me updated on everything, including when my order would ship, and shipping was super fast.
Everything arrived quickly and was packaged really well and securely. As for the product itself I'm honestly impressed. The quality is amazing. The tripod is sturdy, tall, and feels very well made. I love that the light has a built-in leveler so you can easily tell when your camera is straight, such a thoughtful detail. The lighting setup instructions were clear, simple, and very helpful, which I really appreciated.
Customer service is a solid 10/10, and the product itself is also a 10/10. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and the entire experience. It's rare to find great products and great people behind them, but this definitely delivered on both. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for quality creator gear and excellent customer service.

UPDATE: Not only did I receive my package, Justin hand delivered it! The Ultralite is extremely versatile and provides great lighting. It’s not heavy at all making it easy to hold when filming or taking pictures. There’s many adjustments that can be made to tailor your filming experience; you can tell a lot of thought was put into the product! really appreciate Justin for getting me my package because I absolutely love this light!
Unfortunately, I did not received my package. I was told by ups, the shipper asked them to returned the package to sender. I tried contacting them but was no response. I was so excited to receive my package . Not sure if I got scammed. This is not good. I follow this family on Facebook .

As a stop-motion photographer, lighting can make or break things. The UltraLite completely changed my workflow. I was able to get bright, focused light exactly where I needed it — right around the lens and directly on the subject. That precision makes every frame sharper and more consistent, which is huge when you’re shooting hundreds of images for one animation.
It’s portable, easy to set up, and gives me the control that bulky rigs never could. Honestly, it feels like it was made for creators like me. I won’t start a shoot without it.
