The UltraLite
One light and tripod for your phone or camera
Will it work with my phone or camera?
Yes. It fits every iPhone, most Android phones, and point-and-shoot, mirrorless, and DSLR cameras. Very thick cases or some foldables may need the case removed.
Can I shoot vertical or horizontal?
Both. The phone mount rotates for vertical, horizontal, or selfie mode, so you can shoot TikToks and YouTube from the same setup.
How bright is it?
Up to 1,700 lumens. Dim from 5–100% and adjust from warm (3,300K) to daylight (5,800K). CRI 97 keeps skin tones looking natural.
If plugged in, the UltraLite can work all day at 500 lumens.
Why not just get a ring light?
A ring light stays on a stand. The UltraLite goes on your phone, your camera, a tripod, or in your hand, and it leaves your camera's top mount free for a mic.
Battery or plug-in?
Both. It runs about 50 minutes at full brightness and 2+ hours at lower settings, or plug in via USB-C and keep shooting.
How big is the UltraPod?
It packs down to 16" for your bag and extends to nearly 7 ft. It holds up to 6 lb, and the UltraLite screws right on.

I used to pack a ring light for travel, but this one is way easier to throw in my bag and just go. Super bright too.
Switching from phone to cam is genius. I can make Reels on my phone, then use the same light on my camera without rebuilding everything.
Been following the family and Justin for years, so I figured I’d give it a try. Didn’t expect it to be this awesome!
This thing is awesome! So glad I purchased
It’s small enough to bring everywhere, which means I actually use it lol My content looks better even when I’m shooting in random hotel rooms.

This is a game-changer for content creators...a must have!
I love it, just wish the battery lasted a bit longer.
My Mom showed me this from FB - she followed them. It's been a game changer for wedding photography! So good at night for hard to reach places.
Very easy to use and looking forward to future versions where it works better plugged in.
I make videos with whatever device is closest, so having one light that works across all of them is huge. No more swapping mounts or messing with a big ring light.

UltraLite vs Other Lights
Ring Lights:
❌ Awkward to use with cameras
❌ Not portable or adjustable
❌ Bulky and outdated
Camera Lights:
❌ No microphone at the same time
❌ Harsh, one-directional light
❌ Doesn’t work with your phone
💚 UltraLite is the only light that solves all of this.
Invented By A Creator, For Creators
Hi, I'm Justin McClure, and I created the UltraLite out of necessity. I needed a light that worked with any device while keeping the camera hot-shoe free, but nothing like it existed, so I invented it...securing 2 patents for design and utility.

FAQs
Compatibility
Which phones does it fit?
Every iPhone and most standard Android phones. Very thick or rugged cases may need to come off for a secure grip. Some foldables may not fit when unfolded.
Which cameras does it fit?
Point-and-shoot, mirrorless, DSLR, and camcorders, using the adjustable camera plate.
Does it fit my tripod or selfie stick?
Yes, if it uses a standard 1/4" screw, which almost all do.
Can I still use a mic with a camera?
Yes. The U-shape mounts below the camera, so the top mount stays free. Each arm also has a cold shoe for mic receivers or small accessories.
Can I go shoot vertical, horizontal, or selfie?
Yes, all three. Just modify the mobile adapter.

Yes, built in and removable.
Do I need an app?
No. One button turns it on, and a side dial adjusts brightness and color. Kept it simple on purpose.
Battery and power
How long does the battery last?
About an hour at 100%, about 1 hr 45 min at 50%, and 2+ hours at around 30%.Plug it in and use all day at 500 lumens.
How long does it take to charge?
About 75 minutes from empty
Can I use it while it's plugged in?
Yes, via USB-C. At full brightness it can use power faster than it charges, but you can use all day at 500 lumens (plugged in).
